Dan has a passion for helping people realize their potential. For the past three years, he has been helping senior leadership teams across New Zealand’s most respected brands in creating high performing cultures through adopting an agile mindset.

With a blend of enterprise and grass-roots agile experience, Dan brings a pragmatic senior leadership lens to his clients’ who want embark of a transformative journey personally, as well as organizationally. Dan’s career has seen him so far work with and advising leaders on organizational agility across Telecommunications, Financial Services, FMCG, Media and Broadcasting, Postal, Government and Manufacturing industries.

Prior to forming radically, Dan was General Manager at Assurity, and responsible for leading a team of 50 consulting staff in the Auckland region. He successfully grew the Auckland Branch, doubling it’s headcount within the year and also brought innovative practices that challenged traditional consulting models.

Today Dan is an active member of the community, helping to connect leaders of organizations who have similar challenges, with the aim of exponentially increasing the positive impact that organizations have in New Zealand.
