Introducing Sue Atkins

Sue has had extensive knowledge in Digital and customer experience transformation and has demonstrated the power of its methodologies to both increase revenue and reduce costs. Sue has been a business owner for IT projects as diverse as applications to core business functionality e.g. billing and provisioning. Sue has extensive knowledge of customer research and insight, service design, digital channels, contact centres, retail stores and customer proposition design. Sue is renowned for her strategic foresight and being a catalyst for change.  Over recent years, as a Director at Connections, Sue has lead a number of customer experience transformation projects, particularly in channel interactions. She has led programmes that have included leadership and cultural change, and knowledge transformation.

Introducing Annette Hamilton

Annette is an experienced and qualified Change Manager, Project Manager, Learning Instructional Designer and Leadership Coach. Annette has over 10 years of experience in implementing digital change projects and sticking around to ensure the results are embedded and new work practices have been adopted by people.  Annette entered the IT world as a Contact Centre agent so also understands what it is like to be at the IT coalface.  She quickly moved on to gain Technical Training and Writing roles and is also an award winning Plain English content writer. Annette has more recently been Connections’ lead Change Consultant implementing and embedding a Leadership Coaching programme at Vodafone which is continuing to deliver better results for their Customer Care teams.  She is currently supporting Air NZ with their delivery of Inflight Wi-Fi.
